Reiki means universal life force energy.

A Reiki practitioner has been attuned to the healing vibration of this life force energy and is able to channel it through their hands and body. During a healing session, this energy is called upon and flows straight from source to the recipient balancing their energy systems, releasing stress and promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself

Crystal Healing is a complementary therapy which seeks to energise and release blockages within the subtle energy system of the body.

This system is made up of Chakras, Meridians and the electromagnetic field that surrounds the body sometimes referred to as the aura.

The light, colour frequency and energy of the crystals are infiltrated into the aura, clearing the mind, activating the chakras and dissolving fear.

The body is then free to be in a state of harmony with the spirit.

Over the last 7 years , I have been on a personal transformation journey working with plant medicines, deep shadow work, meditation and somatic exercises. These difficult but beautiful experiences have allowed me to heal trauma, change destructive behaviour patterns & create new healthy habits

I am a qualified Reiki and Crystal healer, both of these complementary therapies have been essential to my healing and I am so grateful to be able to hold space for others

I had a reiki session with Jenny in February as id just turned 40 and was feeling quite unsettled and unsure about things in life and was really impressed with everything involved from start to finish.

Booking the appointment was easy as Jenny was very responsive to messages and accommodating with appointment times. She sent me a reminder the day before and also checked in with me the day after to see how I was feeling.

At the appointment itself, Jenny was very welcoming and had a very calming and reassuring presence about her. She guided me to her treatment room which was very tranquil with relaxing music, candles and incense burning and we started with a 10 minute consultation where she explained what the treatment involved and asked what I was hoping to achieve.

During the treatment I was laid face up on the treatment bed (which was really comfy) but had my eyes shut so couldn’t see anything but could hear that Jenny was moving crystals around me. I’ve no idea how it works but it was the most relaxing experience ever. I could feel a lot of different sensations moving through my body saw a lot of different visuals in my minds eye too.

Jenny stopped occasionally to make notes and at the end I explained what I felt and saw which all coincided with the notes she’d taken. She explained what blockages I had and what I could do to unblock them, as well as guided me through understanding how they might be impacting me both physically and emotionally and again gave guidance on how best to support those areas of my life.

I’ve had reiki once before which was a hands on experience so I wasn’t sure how a hands off one would work but I can honestly say it was incredible and actually better than the previous one I had. I felt so much more fresh and free afterwards, like a weight had been lifted. I highly recommend having a reiki session with Jenny, I’ll definitely be going back for more. Thank you Jen
